  You can tell by my setup lists that I like to use different types of equipment for different types of musical situations. Whenever Recording, or playing in a live "heavy electric" situation, I prefer to use the Electronic setup. I define heavy electric, when playing with groups that use high powered amplification. In the past this has been mostly Wedding/Party bands, and includes outdoor gigs. With smaller more intimate situations I'll use the Top40 Acoustic kit, and the smaller Jazz/Combo kit with all acoustic bands, very intimate settings, or general practice.
